A seasoned global media executive, Roxanne Pompa served as Vice President of International Formats & Production for Paramount/ViacomCBS. Over her 18-year tenure, she traveled the world selling and producing formats from the extensive libraries of CBS, Showtime and Paramount+. Prior to that, she was Director of International Program Development Production and Sales for Sony International Television.
Combining vast strategic vision and decades of world-wide experience, Roxanne was key in bringing blockbuster scripted series like Ray Donovan (Netflix India's first SVOD format streaming deal, launched in 2023), The Affair, and The Good Wife to new audiences through localized adaptations. Her focus is on creating strong partnerships and successful production across Europe, the Middle East, Asia, and Latin America.
